Libra: Full of Life (or capable of it)

Before this major and important discovery was made, it was thought that conditions such as found here on Earth were more of an against-the-odds rarity. Now, it appears that the possibility for life on other planets is more... well, possible. Or at least the number of 'livable' planets are much much higher when scientists are playing the odds game of speculation based on factual algorythms.
Of course, it's only Earth-'like', since a year there only lasts about 37 days totalled. Plus, the planet doesn't rotate so there is always a dark side and always a light side. The Goldilocks band around the middle is where there is "shirtsleeve weather", while temps outside of this area range from -31 degrees to over 140 degrees.
Anyway, it's quite exciting. Though noone alive today will ever go there, since the trip would take hundreds of years to make, it's nice to know it is there. After all, this place is getting crowded!! Let's start thinking about making bigger preserves and sanctuaries and, you know, just be ready if we can to shunt a few billion folks over there.
