Website Security Upgrade Details
The Security Featured being installed was developed and recently released by SiteGround. It is a Plugin that will aid in protection from the most popular hacking attacks such as; SQL Injections, Remote URL/File Inclusions, Remote Code Executions and XSS Based Attacks.
It has been tested on my personal website at www.tommyray.net and thus far works well. As a result I am scheduling in some time to add this to all websites I have created running Joomla 1.5 CMS. Backups of your website will be created both before and after the installation of this plugin, and will be performed during the hours of midnight to 5am.
Website owners/administrators will be notified of this upgrade. If the login infomration for administrayion has changed, I will contact you individually for the information via Email. Again, this is a No-Cost security implimentation, as I feel you ALL should have this running.
