Answer
The CMS comes with a built-in editor, but I have upgraded all websites with a full featured editor that handles alot of different extra functions. However, this editor does not show up on all reas, such as in Profile field editing.
At this time I am not positive WHY but this is accepted as normal. It may help keep undesired code form being entered in the more public arenas.
