Answer

How to Make a Backup of your website

1. Log In to the Back-End of the website
You will be at the Control Panel (Site > Control Panel)

2. You will notice an Icon near the end that will either say "Backup Required!" or "Backup is up-to-date". Click it.

3. Type in a Backup Comment. ie; 'Backup Monday At 3pm'
4. Click 'Backup Now!" button at bottom

(This process takes several minutes, DO NOTHING! Wait till done.)

5. when the Backup process has finished, click 'Administer Backup Files'
6. Click on the blue text link that is the filename to download
7. Save on your PC in a safe place!!!

You have now made a complete backup of your entire website, congratulations! Should anything go wrong at your website, you will have a current backup to use if it is necessary to get your website going again with little data loss. Just remember that it takes time to do Backups. A larger website will take as long as a half an hour to download the archived Backup file, but usually around 10 minutes is the norm.
