       I've scanned & compiled some examples of the results of my hard work in the form of thank you correspondence, training certificates and competitive results from contests. Scanned images are of actual company correspondence, of which I have hardcopies. (Personal and specific information has been omitted due to obvious privacy and security reasons.) This portfolio covers my experiences as both a CSR and an ITSA in the telecommunications and internet fields and does not cover my PC-Repair or Web-Design capabilities.

     These are a select few of the many I had recieved. I took pride in the fact that I retained customers and kept my supervisor free from dealing with an unsatisfied customer.

One of a Few Sales Contests:

     The company held a few sales contests that ran 1 month. Here are the results at the Half-Way Mark. And I kept that lead up until the end of the contest. When it was over, I recieved a congratulatory messege from my superior. I had won all contests albeit for the last which had a 'lottery' drawing in order to make it more fair to others.
